Breakfast burrito to-go was born out of necessity. The need to have a quick on the go, late to school, and work kind of breakfast! When school starts back up, it takes a little while to get in the groove of the busy schedule. That’s what makes these the perfect back to school recipe!

There is so much to get done when the kids are going back to school. There are papers to sign, and classes to find, new teachers to meet, and school supplies and clothes to buy. Not to mention, the mornings can get a little hectic without a good routine. I try to find my groove as soon as possible when school starts.

Just before school begins, I make it a point to find a new planner for the coming year. A planner is my lifesaver when it comes to keeping my schedule, appointments, lists, and recipes in order.

I also look over all of the recipes in my arsenal and come up with a few new ones for the year. Quick and easy recipes are my specialty. That’s because there’s a lot to do around here. I love cooking yummy food, but I don’t want to be in the kitchen all day, especially, during back to school time!

I lessen the impact of our chaotic back to school mornings by making quick and easy meals that can move with us in the morning.

Getting back into a routine can be a little difficult, but when I find products like Jimmy Dean® Fully Cooked Sausage, it helps me make the morning routine go much more smoothly.
