I love chutney so much. My favorite way to eat it is on a cracker with brie, and salmon. Sounds delicious right? Fermented pineapple chutney is one of the best. Pineapple happens to be my favorite fruit. How could you go wrong?
Fermented Pineapple Chutney
Cut up the pineapple. SAVE the peel and make Fermented Tepache too!
It helps if you have a pineapple corer, but if you don’t just cut around it.
Prepare the cilantro.
Not we chop the peel the ginger.
