Another reason why I love my Instant Pot is that I was able to make Vanilla Extract, in just a few hours. Conversely, this is a recipe that typically would take months without an Instant Pot.

Which Instant Pot Do You Use?
Let’s talk a little bit about the Instant Pot. I don’t remember the model of the first Instant Pot I purchased but it didn’t have the yogurt button, so I bought the Duo Plus, 8 QT (pictured below).
I’m super happy with this model. I love making yogurt in it, and it took a minute to get used to some of the new button arrangments but overall great buy!
I’m interested in what everyone thinks about the newer Instant Pot models and the other appliances they’ve recently put out on the market. Such as the slow cooker, the sous vide, the air fryer oven/rotisserie, and others…
