This Macaroni Salad Recipe is great to make and take to a family gathering. It’s a great side at Thanksgiving or Christmas parties too. This recipe is pretty popular at my house. We usually eat it right after making it, but it’s even better after it’s been chilled.
Favorite Pasta Recipes
I don’t know about you but we absolutely love pasta in this house! I honestly don’t know how I would live without it! The kid’s favorite pasta recipe has got to be spaghetti zeros it’s a knock-off for the canned version. The best part is that is has secret veggies blended into the sauce!
One of the things you love most about my recipes is that they are pretty simple to make. Additionally, they are mostly quick too. Since, I’m a mom of three teenagers, I work full time, I homeschool my boys, and I’m a crazy chicken, duck, and dog lady!
Needless to say, my recipes are delicious, quick and easy! Mostly, because I don’t have much time on my hand when it comes to cooking.
If you’re looking for a healthy pasta recipe, check out my mushroom pasta. It has orzo pasta. You know that pasta that looks like rice? It’s one of my favorite. It always tastes amazing with a little bit of EVOO! In addition to orzo it also has baby spinach, balsamic vinaigrette, and couple more fresh ingredients! It’s delicious, and one of my favorites!
Macaroni Salad Recipe
- 1/2 lb macaroni pasta (cooked)
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1/2 cup carrots (sliced)
- 1/2 cup celery (sliced)
- Pinch of pepper, salt and garlic powder, to taste.
- Cook macaroni according to directions.
- Cool pasta by running cool water over it while in the strainer, and drain off an excess water.
- Place macaroni in a bowl.
- Add all the ingredients into the bowl.
- Mix it up well, and serve!
