This has got me super excited to get started on more seeds! I’m in zone 7 and my kitchen, dining room and spare room are rapidly turning into mini jungles with all the plants growing and hardening off! I’m sowing more herbs, chili peppers, bell peppers, aubergine (eggplant), salads and greens as the space is freed up. It’s not quite time to get the tender plants in the ground yet but it will come soon enough 😄
It’s so exciting! I’ve planted all of those except for eggplant. I’ve decided I’m not a big fan of it. LOL! We had a whole case of it last year, and we got really tired of it! I put some collards, jalapeno, and another tomato plant in the garden today. It’s pretty warm here in zone 8. I imagine it is still just a tad to cold in zone 7, but soon you will be out in the garden too! My house looked like a jungle just a few weeks ago! I though my husband would have a fit! He never complained about it though! HAH! Happy Gardening, Emma! Thanks for stopping by!
