My Whole Wheat Biscuit Recipe is great if you’re looking for a healthier biscuit recipe! To my surprise, the kids liked them a lot. They don’t rise much at all, so cutting them in half to make a sausage biscuit would be a little difficult, but we pair these with Homemade Beautyberry Jelly, syrup, or Strawberry Jam instead!

Another cool way to make biscuits is to make drop biscuits.
I was very surprised last time I made these. One of my boys said they kinda taste like pancakes.
These biscuits freeze well. Make a whole bunch ahead of time to save some trouble of making breakfast every morning!
